Richen Attorneys Inc is wholly owned and operated 100% black female law firm operating out of Randburg South Africa. Richen Attorneys was formed 8 years ago by entrepreneur Prashanta Richen, an admitted attorney in the High Court of South Africa.

Richen Attorneys Inc has been in existence since 2016 as a full service law firm, however over time it converged into a niche commercial firm specialising in Construction and Mining Law. Due to client requirements and demand, we now operate within the Aviation and IT and Data Protection sectors.

The Firm has grown into a dynamic, dedicated empowerment firm, that prides itself on combining the quality and expertise of leading commercial law firm’s while delivering individually-tailored services adapted to each client’s specific requirements.

The Firm’s ethos is the provision of expert legal advice to its clients, we consider each case individually and on its own merits and ensure that advice and opinions are in plain language so that clients are always clear on the proposed legal strategy to be adopted.
